Eduity provides an innovative, free, and easy-to-use tool for identifying employers' workforce needs.

Chattanooga, TN: Eduity, LLC, is launching the beta-version of its free online job-mapping tool. The innovative software is a radically better way to get the right skills in the right place at the right time.

Workforce is the number one issue in today’s economy. Many great jobs go unfilled, while too many people remain under-employed or out of the workforce.

Job-mapping closes the gap between what employers need and what people can do.

“The key is to tap into employees’ knowledge, which is why we’ve created a social platform,” says Dr. Greg Laudeman, Eduity’s Executive Officer and Founder, “so those closest to the work can help identify the jobs, the gaps, and the overlaps.”

Job-mapping is being developed in Chattanooga by Eduity but will be marketed nationally. The initial market includes agencies, associations, and institutions that need detailed, actionable information about workforce requirements in their communities.

“Job mapping can save everyone a lot of time, money, and headaches,” says Dr. Laudeman, “especially as labor markets tighten and technology races forward.”

The long-term goal is no less than to transform workforce development. Eduity will provide more tools for collaborative workforce planning and development, based on job-mapping.

“Individuals need better tools to act as workforce developers as well as improve their own skills,” according to Dr. Laudeman. “By getting everyone involved, we crowd-source workforce and create local talent networks that increase people's incomes along with employers’ productivity.”

The company will host a launch event on Monday, July 23rd, at 5:00 PM. Get more information about the launch event, call 706-271-5521, email [email protected], or RSVP at https://eduity-job-mapping-launch.eventbrite.com.
